People’s Place Apartments is an on-the-boards project currently in Agency Review, and is an affordable housing development located in Santa Paula, CA. The proposed design includes 69 dwelling units totaling approximately 50,950 Sq. Ft., split between two buildings. Also, included is a 5,769 Sq. Ft. community center, with kitchen, offices, learning center, multi-purpose room, and storage space. Other amenities include a courtyard with tot lot, playground, and bike storage.
