The Kendall Corporate Office Building is an on-the-boards project currently in Agency Review, and consists of a 30,300 sq. ft., 2-story office building located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The proposed design includes space planning for inter-departmental use. The office, conference center and deli/cafeteria have direct access to the secured large entry courtyard and plaza, which can be used, for large outdoor gatherings and fundraising events.
